TCRC CNC Aluminum Bed Rack for Redcat Ascent-18 Axial SCX24 C10

This is a fantastic anodized aluminum bed rack for micro crawlers. It fits the bed of a stock C10 or Ascent 18. The precision of the parts is perfect, and the included hardware is all very high quality. TCRC including the bungie cords was a really thoughtful and high-class touch to this accessory. The only struggle I'm having is committing to which body I want to install this on. It requires drilling holes in the body, and I can't decide which direction to go... May have to get a second one!It does add a little top weight to the body. So while this looks very cool from a scale perspective, it will slightly degrade sidehill performance and stability. Especially if additional accessories are mounted on the vehicle. However, scale looks are a vibe that transcends performance, and this has an awesome look to it.Build notes: Be sure to use blue threadlocker on all fasteners. Use high quality 0.05 driver to ensure screws are not stripped. Follow the instructions carefully, taking special care of the tapered screws on the bottom rails (make sure they are flipped around correctly). Do not lose any of them, no extras are included! On the anodized side rails, do not tighten all the way until all the screws are in. Keep everything aligned. It took me 15 minutes to assemble, and it really wasn't that hard.I really appreciate the high quality fasteners that are included, the overall fit and finish of the rack, and its looks. This is a solid 5-star item for me, and is an easy one to recommend to anyone wishing to add a rack to their build.

I wanted this rack to be able to mount 3d printed kayaks to my ascent 18 and it’s perfect my only down side is it’s a wierd Alan key size I seem to not have it’s like it forces you to have a hobby grade Alan set but I made it work still love it
